Clinic Director (OBGYN), MD Licensure in NYS

FlexStaff is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Obstetrician/Gynecologist with New York State MD licensure to join our client’s outpatient healthcare center in Queens, NY. This community-focused facility provides a wide range of services, including primary care, dental, behavioral health, OB/GYN, and other wellness services.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of an approved medical school

  • Active M.D. licensure in New York State

  • Board certified or board eligible in OB/GYN

  • Minimum of 5 years of Clinical experience in OB/GYN, including at least 2 years in leadership or administrative capacity

A flexible schedule will be available for interested candidates.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Lead OB/GYN service line (prenatal, obstetrics, gynecology, family planning, preventive care) across sites.

  • Oversee all OB/GYN providers: manage clinic templates, access targets, coverage/on-call and hospital liaison activities.

  • Ensure high-quality clinical outcomes consistent with HRSA and UDS.

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary care and expand women’s health services.

  • Own OB/GYN quality metrics; lead peer review, case conferences, and incident learning.

  • Maintain compliance with HRSA and other regulations; keep policies and procedures current.

  • Recruit, onboard, train, evaluate, coach, and manage performance of OB/GYN providers.

  • Collaborate on staffing models, competencies, and patient-flow efficiency.

  • Promote patient-centered, trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.

  • Provide full-scope gynecologic care; manage consults and escalate to advanced procedures/surgery via affiliates.

  • Support maternal health initiatives, perinatal education, outreach, grants, reporting, and new service development.

  • Perform other duties as required.
