Clinic Executive
Job Summary
Join a Specialist Occupational Health Clinic within NUS by managing clinic administration, performing basic clinical assessments, liaising with clients, and maintaining inventory during weekday office hours. Full time or Part time
Responsibilities
- Register clients and complete clinic administration tasks including invoicing, medical certificate submissions, and document handling to ensure accurate records
- Respond clearly and professionally to client enquiries to maintain effective communication
- Schedule and coordinate medical reviews by liaising with clients to optimize appointment management
- Measure and record clinical parameters such as height, weight, vision, and urine dipstick tests to support healthcare assessments
- Enter client and clinic data accurately to maintain up-to-date records
- Monitor consumable inventory and coordinate purchases to maintain adequate clinic supplies
- Learn and assist with healthcare procedures such as ECG and Spirometry to support clinical services if interested
- Coordinate with the sister clinic in Chinatown to provide operational support when needed
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth clinic operations and patient care
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Gmail proficiently to support administrative and communication tasks

- Interest in healthcare administration to contribute effectively to clinic operations
- Ability to work independently while being a responsible and reliable team player to support clinic functions
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients from universities, research centers, and companies
Other Information
- Work schedule: Weekdays, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, excluding weekends and public holidays
- Training will be provided
