We are looking for an experienced and patient-focused Skin Clinic Manager cum Skin Counsellor to oversee the day-to-day operations of a dermatology and aesthetic clinic while providing professional skin consultation and counselling to clients.

The role combines clinic management, patient counselling, treatment coordination, team supervision, and business support. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of dermatology and aesthetic treatments, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust with clients while ensuring smooth clinic operations and high-quality patient experiences.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the dermatology and aesthetic clinic.
• Coordinate appointments, consultations, treatment schedules, follow-ups, and patient flow.
• Conduct detailed consultations to understand clients' skin, hair, and aesthetic concerns.
• Explain dermatology, cosmetology, laser, hair, and aesthetic treatments in a clear and professional manner.
• Counsel clients on suitable treatment plans based on the doctor's recommendations and clinical requirements.
• Build strong relationships with patients and provide personalised guidance throughout their treatment journey.
• Follow up with clients regarding consultations, procedures, treatment progress, and future appointments.
• Support treatment conversions by addressing patient concerns, explaining procedures, and communicating treatment benefits appropriately.
• Coordinate closely with dermatologists, doctors, therapists, technicians, and other clinic staff.
• Supervise front-desk and support staff to ensure smooth clinic operations and high service standards.
• Monitor appointment schedules, patient records, treatment plans, and follow-up activities.
• Ensure proper coordination of skin, hair, laser, and aesthetic procedures.
• Handle patient queries, feedback, concerns, and service-related issues professionally.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, professionalism, and patient experience.
• Monitor clinic performance, daily operations, revenue-related activities, and customer service metrics.
• Assist in achieving clinic targets through effective counselling, patient engagement, and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate patient and operational records while ensuring confidentiality.
• Coordinate inventory and availability of treatment-related products, consumables, and clinic supplies.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements to enhance clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to clinic policies, professional standards, and applicable safety and hygiene procedures.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

• 4+ years of experience in dermatology clinics, skin clinics, aesthetic clinics, cosmetology centres, or similar healthcare environments.
• Proven experience in clinic management and skin counselling.
• Strong knowledge of skin, hair, laser, cosmetology, and aesthetic treatments.
• Experience handling patient consultations, treatment counselling, follow-ups, and customer relationship management.
• Strong ability to explain treatment procedures and recommendations clearly to patients.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
• Strong patient counselling and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience supporting treatment conversions and achieving clinic or counselling targets.
• Good understanding of clinic operations, appointment management, patient flow, and staff coordination.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Professional, empathetic, and patient-centric approach.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple patients, operational priorities, and clinic responsibilities efficiently.
• Comfortable working in a target-oriented healthcare and aesthetic environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and digital clinic management or CRM systems.
• Relevant qualification in Dermatology, Cosmetology, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field will be an advantage.
