Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the clinic and ensure smooth clinic workflow.
Manage front desk operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, phone enquiries and cashiering.
Supervise clinic staff and ensure duties are carried out efficiently and professionally.
Coordinate doctor’s consultation sessions, minor clinic procedures, inpatient procedure arrangements and patient follow-ups.
Liaise with insurance companies on claims, pre-authorisations, Letter of Guarantee and related matters.
Handle patient enquirie

Ensure accurate documentation of patient records, billing, payments and clinic transactions
Tabulate and reconcile daily clinic financial takings and transactions
Manage clinic inventory, including stock take, replenishment of supplies and medication inventory
Assist with medication dispensing and ensure proper documentation is maintained
Support clinic administrative matters, including reports, filing, claims and operational coordination
Ensure clinic compliance with internal procedures, infection control, workplace safety and service standards
Coordinate staff roster, leave planning and manpower arrangement between 2 clinics when required
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the doctor or management

Job Requirements:

With relevant working experience as clinic manager
Experience in private / specialist clinic setting will be an advantage
Able to supervise clinic staff and manage day-to-day clinic operations independently
Experience with Plato software
