Hours & Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Work Environment: On-site
Salary / Hourly Rate: $55,000-$65,000 annually
Bonus Offered: $500 monthly productivity bonus

Job Summary:
The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of a primary care location while ensuring efficient workflows and a positive, patient-centered experience. This position provides leadership and support to clinical and administrative staff, including Medical Assistants and Front Desk team members. The Clinic Manager works closely with providers and other departments to maintain operational efficiency, support team performance, uphold quality standards, and contribute to the overall success of the practice.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional service
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Medical Assistants, Front Desk staff, and other support team members
- Manage staff scheduling, timecards, performance, and general HR-related responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding and training new employees
- Ensure proper use of eClinicalWorks (eCW) and support team members with EMR workflows
- Maintain compliance with established policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Monitor operational metrics, patient satisfaction, productivity, and overall performance
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for providers, patients, and supporting departments
- Address and resolve escalated patient concerns professionally and promptly
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain uninterrupted operations
- Support initiatives designed to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall performance
Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:
- Medical Assistant (MA) certificate or diploma required
- Prior medical office management, healthcare administration, or clinic leadership experience required
- Experience supervising clinical or administrative healthcare staff strongly preferred
- Knowledge of primary care or outpatient healthcare workflows
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, patient-centered environment
- High school diploma required
- Additional medical or business education is a plus
