Scottish Dental Care are excited to be recruiting for a Full-Time Clinic Manager to lead our flagship Philip Friel Advanced Dentistry Clinic in Hyndland. As the first clinic in the Scottish Dental Care group, Hyndland holds a special place in our history and continues to be our busiest clinic. With significant expansion planned for 2027, this is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role at the heart of our group's continued growth and ambition.

This is far more than a traditional practice management role. We are looking for a commercially minded, strategic leader who can balance operational excellence with business performance, team development and the delivery of an outstanding patient experience. Working alongside a highly skilled team of clinicians and support staff, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the clinic's future while protecting and building on the success that has made it a cornerstone of our group.

As Clinic Manager, you will take ownership of the clinic's overall performance, driving operational efficiency, financial results and sustainable growth. You will use financial reporting, performance metrics and commercial insight to identify opportunities, inform decision-making and ensure the clinic continues to perform at the highest level. With expansion on the horizon, you will also have an important role in preparing the business for its next phase of development, ensuring the right structures, processes and people are in place to support future success.

Exceptional patient care and experience will remain central to everything you do. You will champion the highest standards of service, build strong patient relationships and ensure feedback and complaints are managed with empathy, professionalism and a clear focus on continuous improvement. You will also work closely with clinical colleagues to create an environment where clinical excellence, patient satisfaction and commercial performance go hand in hand.

A key part of the role will be leading, developing and inspiring a high-performing team. Beyond day-to-day staffing and rota management, you will build a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement, empowering colleagues to take ownership of their roles and contribute to the clinic's wider objectives. You will work in partnership with both clinical and non-clinical teams to strengthen performance, develop talent and ensure the clinic is equipped to meet its future ambitions.

This is an opportunity for an ambitious leader to step beyond day-to-day management and take genuine ownership of a flagship business. You will help shape the strategic direction of our most established clinic, build on its legacy as the group's founding practice and play a key role in delivering our plans for 2027 and beyond.
