Clinic Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for managing day-to-day operations of a GP Clinic to ensure optimal functioning, high service quality, and clinical standards while supporting continuous improvement and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the GP Clinic to maintain smooth and efficient functioning
• Deliver consistent high-quality service and uphold clinical standards across the clinic
• Register patients, schedule appointments, dispense medications and consumables, and collect payments accurately
• Perform general administrative duties including updating medical billings and invoices
• Conduct monthly stock taking of drugs and consumables to ensure adequate inventory levels
• Assist doctors during treatments and medical examinations to support clinical care
• Plan and execute action plans to enhance service quality and clinical standards
• Investigate and resolve patient complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction
• Identify and lead work process improvement projects to boost service quality and patient experience
• Support management by preparing and analyzing clinic performance data for operational planning
• Undertake ad-hoc projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by management
• Communicate effectively in Mandarin to engage with Chinese-speaking patients and ensure clear understanding

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a clinic environment, preferably in a managerial role
• Demonstrated leadership skills to guide clinic staff and manage customer relations effectively
• Strong customer service orientation with knowledge of basic business management processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and team members
• Availability to work nights and weekends as required
