Clinic Medical Assistant

Busy Family Practice Clinic is adding Full-time Medical Assistants to the team! Medical Assistant Certification and/or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a family practice clinic is required.

The Medical Assistant provides in all aspects of patient flow while maintaining a high quality of patient care in a compassionate manner. Daily responsibilities may include: rooming patients, taking and recording vitals, patient history and medication review, performing routine office procedures and testing, administering medications, injections, and vaccinations, telephone messaging, participating in and providing documentation of patient education, and communicating effectively with others.

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program. MA registry or certification required along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical office. Basic Life Support certification required.
