Ellsworth County Medical Center (ECMC) is seeking a full-time Clinic and Outpatient Float Nurse (LPN or RN) to support our Rural Health Clinic and specialty services providers and patients 🌻. This vital role helps deliver exceptional, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, collaborative clinic and outpatient environment 🚑. You’ll ensure smooth patient flow, provide clinical support, and offer compassionate care that reflects ECMC’s core values of integrity, stewardship, compassion, and service ✨.

🩺 What You’ll Do
✅ Provider Support – Assist with patient assessments, administer medications, prepare for and assist during exams/procedures, and provide follow-up care instructions
✅ Patient Coordination – Prepare exam rooms, collect medical histories and vitals, and ensure smooth patient flow throughout the visit
✅ Health Education – Educate patients on medications, treatment plans, and general wellness in partnership with providers
✅ Clinical Documentation – Accurately chart in the EMR 🖥️ while maintaining compliance with standards and regulations
✅ Team Collaboration – Work alongside clinic staff, providers, and other departments to create a seamless, patient-first experience
