Looking to gain hands-on experience in a healthcare / polyclinic environment? Join us as a Temporary Patient Service Associate and support patients throughout their clinic journey.

This is a great resume booster for candidates who are keen to gain exposure to patient service and healthcare operations!

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to patients' enquiries and guide them through the healthcare system.

• Assist patients with wayfinding and general enquiries within the polyclinic.

• Provide additional assistance to patients when required, such as arranging wheelchairs.

• Identify and tag patients who may be at risk of falls.

• Provide face masks and assist with temperature taking for patients presenting with flu or fever symptoms.

• Guide and educate patients on the use of Self-Service Kiosks and mobile applications.

• Assist with basic measurements such as height, weight and blood pressure when required.

• Assist eligible patients in completing medical questionnaires.

• Provide general support to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Candidates with GCE N/O/A Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma qualifications are welcome to apply.

• No prior healthcare experience required as training and guidance will be provided.

• Comfortable interacting with patients from different backgrounds and age groups.

• Service-oriented, patient and willing to assist others.
