About Clinically AI

Clinically AI is a healthcare technology company transforming how clinicians document care, complete audits, and manage administrative workflows through artificial intelligence. Our platform reduces administrative burden, improves operational efficiency, and helps behavioral health and healthcare organizations focus more on care delivery and less on documentation and compliance overhead. Built with a strong emphasis on clinical usability, regulatory alignment, and workflow integration, we operate in a fast-growing and rapidly evolving AI healthcare market where adoption, trust, and execution matter.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a Clinical AI Implementation Lead to own end-to-end implementation, adoption, and workflow enablement for enterprise behavioral health and healthcare customers using the Clinically AI platform.

This isn't a traditional software implementation role focused only on deployment and go-live milestones. Success here is measured by sustained usage, behavioral adoption, and long-term workflow integration across clinical, compliance, audit, and operational teams. You'll guide clinicians, administrators, and leadership teams through the transition from cautious experimentation to confident daily usage — helping organizations operationalize AI in a way that becomes embedded in real clinical and administrative workflows.

The role combines project management, workflow consulting, AI configuration, stakeholder leadership, and organizational change management. You'll serve as the primary strategic and operational partner for customers throughout implementation and adoption, working across executives, therapists, compliance leaders, IT stakeholders, and frontline staff while maintaining clarity, momentum, and trust throughout the customer journey.

What You'll Own

  • Lead implementation end-to-end. Own enterprise-grade implementations from kickoff through stabilization — project plan, configuration, training, and adoption.

  • Drive adoption, not just go-live. Guide clinicians and administrators through the shift from cautious experimentation to confident daily usage, measuring success by sustained workflow integration.

  • Manage complex, cross-functional rollouts. Coordinate across clinical, operational, compliance, and technical teams while maintaining alignment and execution momentum.

  • Lead change management. Help skeptical or uncertain users build trust in new AI-driven workflows.

  • Configure and consult. Combine hands-on AI configuration with workflow consulting tailored to each customer's clinical and compliance needs.

  • Connect the operational system. Tie together implementation, training, adoption, support, and workflow optimization into a unified customer experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Adoption-Focused Mindset. You measure success by sustained usage and customer outcomes, not just completed milestones.

  • Strong Project and Program Management. You manage complex, multi-stakeholder implementations while keeping execution on track.

  • Empathy and Change Leadership. You're comfortable guiding teams through uncertainty or skepticism around AI adoption.

  • AI-Native Thinking. You actively use AI tools in your own work and understand prompting, structured outputs, and practical workflow automation.

  • Clinical Workflow Fluency. You understand healthcare and behavioral health documentation workflows and how clinicians and audit teams operate in practice.

  • Communication and Stakeholder Alignment. You adapt your communication style across executive sponsors, therapists, compliance teams, IT leaders, and frontline users.

  • Systems and Operational Thinking. You see how implementation, training, adoption, and customer success connect into one system.

  • Comfort in a Fast-Paced Environment. You operate effectively in a high-growth startup where priorities shift quickly.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology implementation, consulting, or clinical operations leadership.

  • Demonstrated experience owning enterprise-grade implementations from kickoff through stabilization, with full ownership of project plan, configuration, training, and adoption.

  • Hands-on experience with EHR systems, clinical documentation workflows, and clinician training.

  • Strong track record in change management and adoption, particularly with users new to or cautious about a technology.

  • Active, daily user of AI tools in your own work (LLMs, prompt engineering, structured outputs).

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, comfortable presenting to executive leadership and leading clinician training.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Behavioral health, substance use, IDD, or human services experience.

  • Familiarity with chart auditing, utilization review, compliance auditing, or quality assurance workflows.

  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as Joint Commission, CARF, Medicaid requirements, and ASAM Criteria.

  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered documentation tools or ambient listening technologies.

  • Background as a behavioral health clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, LPCC, psychologist, etc.).

  • Experience scaling an implementation function in an early-stage SaaS environment.

Interview Process

Initial screening interview, followed by two on-site interviews focused on clinical workflow understanding, AI fluency, project management, stakeholder leadership, and adoption strategy, and a final conversation with the CEO. Final candidates complete a hiring exercise involving AI workflow configuration and a customer adoption strategy exercise.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $100,000–$150,000

We offer competitive compensation, performance-based incentives, healthcare coverage, and flexible time off.
