Description
The Clinical Application Specialist is responsible for providing technical and sales support for ARKRAY clinical laboratory products. This position delivers operator training at customer facilities, provides onsite instrument implementation assistance, serves as a technical liaison, and supports the sales team throughout the pre- and post-sale process.
Essential Responsibilities
- Facilitate onsite customer training for new equipment and laboratory instruments.
- Manage instrument implementation projects and assist customers with instrument verification studies.
- Analyze verification study data, prepare statistical reports, and present findings to customers.
- Complete all required documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Work with internal resources and customers to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Escalate customer complaints to Technical Support and provide all required information in accordance with ARKRAY’s escalation and complaint-handling procedures.
- Provide pre- and post-sale technical support as needed, including product demonstrations.
- Ensure new instrument implementations are completed according to established timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Support and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the implementation and training process.
- Understand organizational goals and execute strategies through defined action plans.
- Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by management.
