Clinical Associate, Primary Care Physician

Clinical:
- CMH primary care clinic.
- Clinic Schedule: 18 hours of patient care per week; Call schedule: telephone, after-hours call will be shared equally with all CMH Primary Care providers.
- Supervision and chart reviews for the primary care advance practice practitioners as needed.
Administration:
- Administrative and other duties may be assigned based on department needs and your areas of expertise and interest.
- Up to two (2) hours of administrative time are allotted each week.
MD / DO
Board Certified / Board Eligible in a primary specialty (internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics)
Demonstrated ability to work with a team of health care providers and collaborate to achieve patient care goals.
Experience working in an interdisciplinary setting.
Communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other clinicians in the work unit.
Active Oregon Medical License
