Are you a passionate Audiologist looking to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives while working alongside a collaborative team of ENT specialists? Raleigh Capitol Ear, Nose, Throat & Allergy is seeking a full-time Clinical Audiologist to join our growing practice serving patients across the Triangle.
For more than 50 years, our organization has been dedicated to delivering exceptional, compassionate, and cost-effective patient care. As a physician-owned practice with five convenient locations, we offer the resources of a large organization while maintaining a patient-centered approach and supportive culture.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive adult and pediatric diagnostic hearing evaluations
- Perform DPOAEs, tympanometry, VRA, CPA, and other audiologic assessments
- Diagnose and manage hearing and vestibular disorders
- Fit, dispense, and maintain hearing aids and assistive listening devices
- Evaluate and treat BPPV and provide vestibular recommendations
- Counsel patients and families regarding hearing loss and treatment options
- Collaborate closely with ENT physicians in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Document patient encounters within the EMR
What We're Looking For

Au.D. or Master's Degree in Audiology
β
Active North Carolina Audiology License
β
Hearing Aid Dispensing License (if applicable)
β
Strong communication, counseling, and customer service skills
β
Passion for patient care and professional growth
Experience preferred, but exceptional new Au.D. graduates with strong ENT externship experience are encouraged to apply!
