About the Role

As the Clinical Care Manager at Regis Whitfield, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality and resident-centred care. You will:

  • Lead, coach and support the clinical care team to deliver outstanding care outcomes
  • Oversee assessments, care planning and clinical documentation
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, audits and accreditation readiness
  • Manage clinical risks, incidents and governance frameworks
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, visiting health professionals and the broader leadership team
  • Foster a positive, accountable and high-performing clinical culture

What You'll Bring

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Previous leadership experience within residential aged care
  • Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, quality and risk management
  • Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional resident outcomes and team development
