We’re looking for an Intensive Outpatient Clinician to join us at The Family Center at 1591 Taos Road in Pueblo.

What You’d Be Doing

As an Intensive Outpatient Clinician you would be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team working to promote healthy youth and families in an intensive outpatient environment. Through skilled clinical interventions provided to individuals, families, and groups the Intensive Outpatient team directly enhances the wellbeing of our community and contributes to lasting change in the lives of youth.

Specifically, the Intensive Outpatient Clinician

  • Serves as the lead clinical professional for the Intensive Outpatient Program;
  • Plans and facilitates quality programming for clients ranging in age from 5 to 18 in conjunction with a team of Clinical Care Specialists;
  • Provides individual, family, and intensive group treatment;
  • May conduct screening services, intake assessments, and participate in developing treatment plans;
  • Collaborates with outpatient service providers, as needed;
  • Participates in family engagement and other meetings to support client and family success;
  • Provides crisis intervention to program participants, as needed;
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date records with 100 percent compliance with Health Solutions’ standards;
  • Meets identified productivity standards for position and program;
  • Maintains proficiency with the electronic health record;
  • Provides consultation and psychoeducation services; and
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned by the Program Supervisor or Director.

Physical requirements include the following:

  • Requires standing and sitting for prolonged periods of time
  • Requires walking
  • Occasionally lifts and carries items up to 20 pounds
  • Requires working under stress in emergency situations
  • Requires occasional driving, at times in adverse weather conditions
  • Requires frequent use of a computer
