Clinical Case Worker - Redeploy

Cunningham Children's Home Redeploy Program is looking for a Clinical Case Worker. This individual acts as a crucial liaison between the agency, clients, referral agencies, families, and other stakeholders invested in the client's well-being. This role entails conducting initial and ongoing assessments with youth and, at times, their families, including coordination of child and family team meetings and providing counseling/therapy services. The position requires extensive coordination, case management, documentation, and paperwork to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

This position earns a wage of $21.48-$28.74.

Additionally, Cunningham Children's Home is a qualified employer under the Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program. We also offer our employees a professional PSLF resource, BenElevate, to help navigate the loan forgiveness process.

The successful candidate will have completed High School and will have at least one year of human service experience.
