Oversee clinical and administrative operations for a behavioral health division, ensuring compliance and staff supervision in a licensed social work setting.

As a Clinical Coordinator, you will provide both administrative and clinical oversight to the division as directed by the Chief Officer or Behavior Health. This position will report directly to the Chief Officer of Behavioral Health and is onsite.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides clinical and administrative supervision as directed.
  • Provides programmatic assistance and collaboration with other leadership team members such as on-call rotation, director-level coverage, and division leadership meetings.
  • Provides client supervision in accordance with NYSED regulations.
  • Provides administrative oversight to staff and satellite staff as directed by the Chief Officer of Behavioral Health.
  • Assist in the onboarding and off boarding of staff.
  • Assist with the preparation of site visits for regulatory agencies.
  • Ensure staff credentialing adheres to a communicated to appropriate support staff.
  • Support in daily compliance in licensing, billing, and other regulatory standards.
  • Provides clinical services as needed and directed by Chief of Behavioral Health

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Master’s degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling or equivalent from a graduate school program that is registered by the NYS Department of Education as licensure-qualifying.
  • LCSW/LMHC-D required
  • 5 – 10 years of related experience
