Requirements
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) required; or Registered
Nurse (RN) with BSN/MSN and 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in clinical coordination,
team management, and process improvement.
- Expertise in healthcare compliance, patient
safety, and regulatory auditing.
- Exceptional communication and strategic
decision-making skills; Spanish fluency a plus.
