We are seeking an experienced Clinical Data Service Team Lead to provide leadership and operational oversight for our Clinical Data Specialists team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring quality and compliance, optimizing operational delivery, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative work environment.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Clinical Data Specialists to achieve operational and performance goals.
• Oversee daily team operations, ensuring productivity, quality, and compliance standards are consistently met.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management to support employee growth and
engagement.
• Monitor key performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives, process improvements, and organizational objectives.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 2 years of people leadership experience
• Experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, shared services, BPO, or a similar operational environment
• Demonstrated expertise in performance management, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration
