Clinical Director- Atlanta, GA ( No Call/ No Weekends)

Barbour Orthopaedics & Spine is seeking an experienced orthopaedic clinician to serve as Clinical Director of our Chamblee clinic.

This is a clinical leadership role, not a traditional production-focused provider position. The Clinical Director uses their clinical expertise and leadership skills to elevate the performance of an entire advanced practice provider team and ensure patients consistently receive high-quality orthopaedic care according to The Barbour Way.

Working closely with the physicians and surgeons assigned to the clinic, you will provide clinical leadership, develop PAs and NPs, promote consistent clinical standards, support efficient patient flow, and help the team continuously improve.
