The Clinical Director is a key member of the MPSC leadership team and is responsible for providing clinical leadership, operational oversight, and team development across our perioperative services. This role is ideal for a nurse leader who is passionate about creating a positive workplace culture, developing others, improving processes, and ensuring every patient receives safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.

Position Responsibilities
The Clinical Director will:
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to clinical teams, including Operating Room, PACU, and perioperative services
- Promote a culture of teamwork, respect, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Partner with physicians, administrative leadership, and department leaders to support safe and efficient patient care
- Develop, mentor, and empower nurses and clinical team members through coaching, education, and professional growth opportunities
- Oversee clinical operations to ensure compliance with AAAHC, CMS, state regulations, and organizational standards
- Support quality improvement initiatives, patient safety programs, and evidence-based practice
- Assist with resource management and operational planning
- Encourage employee engagement and retention through meaningful leadership and communication
- Serve as a visible and approachable leader who builds trust and strong relationships throughout the organization
