Clinical Director

We are seeking a licensed Clinical Director to lead our Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) program serving adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders. This leadership role combines clinical oversight, program management, staff development, and direct client impact.
Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical oversight for all program services
Manage admissions, discharges, and treatment planning
Conduct diagnostic assessments, risk assessments, and LOCUS evaluations
Supervise and develop clinical staff through coaching, training, and performance management
Provide direct clinical services and crisis intervention support
Ensure compliance with licensing requirements, CARF standards, and regulatory guidelines
Monitor program outcomes, quality assurance measures, and documentation
Oversee program operations, budgeting, staffing, and census goals
Participate in on-call rotation

Qualifications
Required:

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
Active LICSW, LPCC, LP, or LMFT license
Minimum 4,000 hours of post-master's experience working with individuals with mental illness
Experience conducting diagnostic assessments
Strong leadership, clinical, and organizational skills

Preferred:

2+ years of clinical supervisory experience
IRTS or residential behavioral health experience
