Clinical Informaticist (RN)

Lead EHR Implementation & Optimization: Serve as a clinical expert during our OCHIN / Epic implementation, supporting workflow design, testing, go-live, and ongoing improvements.

Improve Clinical Workflows: Collaborate with nurses, providers, and department leaders to simplify documentation, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance patient care.

Support Training & Adoption: Help develop training resources, support Super Users, and guide clinical staff through technology changes.

Advance Patient Safety & Quality: Partner with clinical teams to improve medication safety, clinical documentation, regulatory compliance, and quality reporting.

Drive Innovation: Evaluate and support emerging healthcare technologies, including telehealth, clinical decision support, and AI-enabled tools.

Strengthen Rural Healthcare: Develop practical technology solutions that support the unique needs of a Critical Access Hospital and its rural health clinics.
