DACH Clinical Liaison – Office Based

Due to continued growth and success in the region, we are looking for a Clinical Liaison to support our customers.

In this role you will act as the primary clinical point of contact for orthodontists, dentists, and dental professionals in your region. You will deliver high-quality clinical education, support digital workflows, and drive adoption of Invisalign treatment and iTero intraoral scanning solutions.

Your mission is to provide best-in-class clinical training and support, enabling customers to become confident experts in digital dentistry.

- Deliver virtual and on-site clinical training on Invisalign, iTero intraoral scanners, and related digital solutions (e.g., ClinCheck, OrthoCAD, IOC)
- Serve as the primary clinical advisor for orthodontists and dentists in your region
- Plan and lead trainings, study clubs, and educational events
- Represent Align and iTero at trade fairs, congresses, and customer events
- Provide troubleshooting and clinical/technical support (software & hardware)
- Analyze customer inquiries, complaints, and clinical cases
- Follow up with customers after trainings to support long-term success
- Develop and review clinical education and marketing materials
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to drive product adoption

- Degree in Dentistry or Orthodontics OR qualification as a Master Dental Technician (Zahntechnikermeister) with strong experience in CAD/CAM workflows
- Solid knowledge of digital dentistry solutions (e.g., Invisalign, iTero, Exocad, CAD/CAM systems)
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience, ideally in dental/medical environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills with confident presence
- High level of organization, independence, and attention to detail
- Strong IT affinity and experience with digital tools and MS Office
