Senior Care Solutions is expanding! We are growing our clinical team and are looking to add an experienced RN Clinical Manager to our team.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to oversee clinical operations, support field staff, and help ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support clinical staff and daily clinical operations
• Provide guidance and support to field nurses and other clinical team members
• Review patient care and documentation to ensure compliance with Medicare and company standards
• Monitor patient care plans, orders, and clinical documentation
• Assist with quality assurance and clinical compliance initiatives
• Collaborate with physicians, patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Assist with staff education, training, and competency development
• Address clinical concerns and assist with resolution of patient care issues
• Participate in audits and quality improvement activities
• Ensure timely completion and accuracy of required clinical documentation
• Support the coordination of patient services and overall clinical workflow
• See patients as needed to support the team and ensure continuity of care
