Clinical Manager – Home Health

Location: Broward County, FL | Full-Time

Senior Care Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Manager to oversee clinical operations throughout Broward County. We are looking for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about patient care, team development, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance in a Medicare-certified home health setting.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who can support field clinicians, coordinate clinical services, and help drive positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations and support field staff throughout territory.

• Supervise, guide, and support nursing and therapy personnel to ensure quality patient care.

• Monitor patient care plans, clinical documentation, and visit compliance.

• Ensure adherence to Medicare regulations, state requirements, and agency policies.

• Review clinical records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

• Coordinate patient admissions, ongoing care, and discharge planning with the clinical team.

• Monitor clinician productivity and assist with staffing and scheduling needs.

• Collaborate with intake, scheduling, quality assurance, and administrative teams to support efficient operations.

• Address clinical concerns, assist with problem-solving, and promote timely communication across departments.

• Support staff education, competency development, and ongoing performance improvement initiatives.
