Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and support field clinicians throughout territory.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to nursing and therapy staff.

• Review patient care plans, clinical documentation, and visit completion to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Ensure adherence to Medicare regulations, Florida state requirements, and agency policies.

• Coordinate patient admissions, care transitions, and discharge planning with the clinical team.

• Monitor clinician productivity and assist with staffing and scheduling needs.

• Collaborate with intake, scheduling, quality assurance, and administrative departments to support efficient operations.

• Address clinical concerns, assist with patient care issues, and promote timely communication among team members.

• Support staff training, competency development, and ongoing performance improvement initiatives.

• Help maintain efficient clinical workflows while promoting positive patient outcomes and patient satisfaction.
