  • Ensure delivery of safe, evidence-based patient-centered care.
  • Lead a team of nursing staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Advance performance across key quality and operational metrics.
  • Assist the Clinical Director in staff management and performance reviews.
  • Monitor budgetary practices and prepare staff schedules.
  • Implement performance improvement activities and staff orientation.
  • Serve as a key communicator for organizational updates and policy changes.
  • Establish effective communication with physicians and professionals.
  • Promote mutual understanding of patient care plans and issues.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
  • Master's degree in Nursing within 3 years of hire.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey.
  • American Heart Association BLS certification.
  • Approved professional nursing certification within 1 year.
  • 1-2 years of medical/surgical experience, with psychiatry experience preferred.
  • Crisis intervention experience is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Clinical Applications is preferred.
