- Ensure delivery of safe, evidence-based patient-centered care.
- Lead a team of nursing staff, providing guidance and support.
- Advance performance across key quality and operational metrics.
- Assist the Clinical Director in staff management and performance reviews.
- Monitor budgetary practices and prepare staff schedules.
- Implement performance improvement activities and staff orientation.
- Serve as a key communicator for organizational updates and policy changes.
- Establish effective communication with physicians and professionals.
- Promote mutual understanding of patient care plans and issues.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
- Master's degree in Nursing within 3 years of hire.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Approved professional nursing certification within 1 year.
- 1-2 years of medical/surgical experience, with psychiatry experience preferred.
- Crisis intervention experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Clinical Applications is preferred.
