First Choice Home Health is currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Manager - Physical Therapist to oversee their home health staff in Boise, ID and the surrounding areas.

The Clinical Manager is a licensed physical therapist who provides oversight of all patient/client care services and personnel. Ensures quality of patient/client care in the home. Coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/client, family and referring agency.
