WHAT YOU WILL LEAD
The Clinical Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, supervision, and coordination of services provided by the interdisciplinary team (IDT/IDG). - Manage team workload based on referrals, census, acuity, and patient needs while maintaining appropriate staffing ratios and responsible stewardship of resources.
- Facilitate collaboration across disciplines and participate in IDT/IDG meetings, patient conferences, and other clinical and operational meetings.
- Address patient and family concerns promptly and thoughtfully, identifying opportunities to improve care and service.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and actively participate in regulatory surveys.
- Partner with clinical, quality, finance, and operational leaders to achieve organizational goals.
- Support budget management and appropriate utilization of staffing, DME, medical supplies, medications, and other patient-care resources.
