Position Summary

The Clinical Medical Assistant Supervisor is a newly created role responsible for the day-to-day clinical supervision, training, and performance management of Viva Eve's Medical Assistant teams across all sites. As Viva Eve has grown to multiple locations and expanded clinical service lines, front-line clinical staff have lacked a single, dedicated point of clinical leadership — supervision has instead been absorbed into senior operations and executive roles. This position closes that gap, ensuring MAs and sonographers receive consistent onboarding, training, coaching, and escalation support, while freeing the Operations Director and practice managers to focus on broader site operations.

Locations: 108-16 63rd Road Forest Hills and 635 Madison Avenue 6th Floor Manhattan and 48-02 25th Ave, Astoria

Schedule: M-F 8am to 5pm. 3 days/week at Forest Hills and 2 days/week at Manhattan, occasional weekends as needed.

Reporting Relationships: Reports to- Nurse Manager of Clinical Excellence. Direct reports- All Medical Assistants.
