Clinical ML & Multimodal Data Engineer (AI for Health)_CTO Office (Taipei)

【About the Role】
We are seeking a visionary and highly skillful AI Research Scientist to spearhead the development of next-generation foundation models for precision health. Positioned at the dynamic intersection of AI4Science and clinical medicine, you will design, train, and deploy individual-mode and multimodal foundation models. Your mission will be to harmoniously fuse disparate, complementary biomedical modalities to unlock breakthroughs in disease risk score prediction, patient risk stratification, personalized nutrition, and clinical treatment recommendations etc. The ideal candidate inherently straddles both domains: possessing the rigorous mathematical and engineering foundational skills required to train large-scale Transformer architectures, alongside the domain expertise necessary to interpret genomic, longitudinal, and clinical phenotypes.

【Key Responsibilities】
Responsible for multimodal data fusion engineering, aligning the high-dimensional physiological representations (embeddings) extracted from the basic model with clinical biomarkers to develop a wide variety of clinical prediction heads. Possible secondary tasks including the development of Disease-specific Agent, Personal Health Agent and AutoML system.
