We are looking for a caring and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to join our brand-new Tolka Valley Nursing Home in Finglas.

This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a new nursing home from the very beginning, helping to build a supportive team and create a warm, welcoming home for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate high-quality, person-centred care
• Guide and support nursing and care staff
• Work closely with the PIC and APIC
• Ensure compliance with HIQA standards
• Promote residents' wellbeing, dignity and independence

About You

• Registered Nurse with active NMBI registration
• Minimum 6 years' post-registration experience
• Management experience in a nursing home setting
• Strong clinical, leadership and communication skills
• A caring, approachable leader with a passion for older people's care
