Key Responsibilities
- Support PIC/CNM2 in managing operations and resident care
- Supervise staff, manage rosters, and support development
- Lead audits, quality improvement, and governance processes
- Promote person-centred care and safeguard residents
- Act as PIC when required
About You
- Registered Nurse with active NMBI PIN
- Previous clinical experience with leadership exposure
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Committed to high standards of care and teamwork
