Key Responsibilities
- Support the PIC/APIC in managing operations and care delivery
- Lead staff, oversee rostering, and support development
- Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and audits
- Promote person-centred care and safeguard residents
- Act as PIC when required
About You
- Registered Nurse with active NMBI PIN
- Strong clinical and leadership experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality care
