Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Clinical Manager Position Summary: The Clinical Manager provides oversight for the delivery of care to patients and families through an interdisciplinary team of clinicians. The Clinical Manager manages round-the-clock clinical operations, supervises the interdisciplinary team, and maintains necessary staffing to ensure continuity of care.

Clinical Manager Position Qualifications:

RN with current RN licensure in the states of Kentucky and or Indiana required.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or health-related field preferred.
3-5 years of hospice or palliative care experience preferred.
Minimum one year of supervisory experience required.
Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and use of electronic health records.
Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of organizational objectives.
Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
