Clinical Operations Intern

Fort is the first wearable designed for strength training. It tracks the health and activity metrics you expect from a modern wearable, then goes further with advanced motion sensing that recognizes and analyzes strength exercises to reveal a more complete picture of your training, progress, and health.

We are hiring a Clinical Operations Intern to support human motion data collection studies for our strength-training models.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up wearable sensors, cameras and study equipment
  • Guide participants through standardized exercise protocols
  • Obtain and document informed consent
  • Monitor recordings and verify data quality
  • Record session notes, participant feedback and protocol deviations
  • Label and organize video, sensor data and study metadata
  • Charge, clean and maintain devices between sessions
  • Protect participant privacy and follow study procedures consistently

Qualifications:

  • Highly organized, reliable and comfortable working with study participants
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical protocols
  • Clear, professional communication
  • Comfortable around strength-training equipment and basic technology
  • Available for scheduled in-person study sessions

Experience in research operations, exercise science, physical therapy, kinesiology or clinical studies is helpful but not required.
