Clinical Program Coordinator
Summary
Coordinates and adapts clinical programs for hospital implementation, ensuring quality standards, data-driven improvements, and cross-department collaboration in healthcare.
- Design and adapt clinical programs from Head Office for hospital implementation, and evaluate their effectiveness based on workforce standards, facility readiness, procedure compliance, and overall service value.
- Ensure all clinical programs meet quality standards, including patient safety, satisfaction, and positive clinical outcomes.
- Build strong partnerships across departments and with external stakeholders to support continuous improvement of clinical initiatives.
- Collect, report, and analyze clinical data to identify trends, evaluate service performance, and support evidence-based program development.
- Initiate and collaborate on academic partnerships or clinical research projects that drive ongoing improvement in patient care.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine (General Practitioner/Medical Doctor)
- 1–3 years of experience as an RMO, General Practitioner, or in data analytics.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with solid business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Understanding of project management principles and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Domicile in Jabodetabek
