As our Clinical & Program Manager, you'll be at the forefront of healthcare innovation, leading a portfolio that includes Care Coordination, chronic disease management, cardiac rehabilitation, telehealth services, and emerging health program opportunities.

You'll combine clinical expertise, strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and people leadership to:

  • Lead and grow high-impact health programs

Who we're looking for

You're an experienced healthcare leader who can move seamlessly between the boardroom and the clinical environment.

You love solving complex problems, leading change, and finding smarter ways to deliver better healthcare outcomes.

You'll bring:

  • A clinical qualification in Nursing, Allied Health or a related discipline
  • Significant leadership experience in healthcare, health services or clinical operations
  • Strong expertise in clinical governance, quality, safety and risk management
  • Proven success leading multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience developing and delivering innovative health programs
  • Commercial and strategic thinking with the ability to balance member outcomes and business performance
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

Private health insurance experience will be highly regarded, but we're equally interested in leaders who have successfully driven innovation and service excellence across the broader healthcare sector.
