Job Summary

Responsible for developing and implementing programmes for Clinical Counsellors to achieve desired outcomes and increase community awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and assist in implementing short- and long-term programme plans, monitor progress, and evaluate performance to ensure programme goals are met
• Monitor programme activities to achieve desired outcomes and maintain quality standards
• Develop annual outreach plans aligned with programme needs and capacity to enhance community engagement
• Assist in creating public awareness and communication strategies to support programme objectives and increase community visibility
• Maintain accurate databases including participant information and mailing lists to support programme operations
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support programme success

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in related disciplines

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in community-based environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
