Description
- The Program / Project Manager provides project management leadership to cross-functional teams for all activities related to the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and close-out of assigned projects.
- Ensures that all budgetary requirements, study timeframes and targets are met.
- May be responsible for managing a portfolio consisting of high complexity/high-profile, global, full-service projects.
- May also serve as a Line Manager for Project Managers and Sr. Project Managers on the team.
Requirements
• 4 year degree or equivalent combination of education & experience
• Previous experience in a project management role in the CRO or pharmaceutical setting
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, large, global projects and manage all financial aspects of the study
• Subject matter expertise in the designated therapeutic area
• Ability to travel up to 25%
