Clinical Psychologist (Neuropsychology)

About the Position: This position is for Psychology Services at EVANS Army Community Hospital at Fort Carson, CO. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation

Functions as a professional Clinical Neuropsychologist for the Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Clinic.

As clinician and consultant, provides specialized assessment and, when required individual and group cognitive rehabilitative, clinical neuropsychological services to adults with complex neurological and psychiatric disorders.

Assists in developing, implementing, and managing neuropsychological services for the assessment of the behavioral effects of central nervous system dysfunction.

Provides professional consultation and liaison to other medical organizations regarding the identification and diagnosis of TBI and complex neurobehavioral cases.

May conduct research in clinical and/or Neuro rehab psychology, to include research on outcomes of the effectiveness of the various studies and treatments,

as well as on new psychological tools and computer programs which may increase the efficiency and effectiveness of patient evaluations.
