Requirements
- Bilingual and is able to conduct sessions fully in Mandarin
- Postgraduate Degree (Masters/Doctorate) in Clinical Psychology
- At least seven years of relevant work experience in the mental health field; clinical experience with adults, couples and families will be an advantage
- Preferably a member of Singapore Psychological Society
- Experience in serving both local and expatriate population; proficiency in cross-cultural setting
- Ability to work closely with a trans-disciplinary and multi-cultural team of specialists and therapists
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues across the lifespan
- Develop and implement treatment plans and therapeutic processes
- Conduct psychological evaluations and complete psychometric reports
- Monitor client progress through regular sessions
- Maintain proper case records and progress records
- Ensure services are planned and conducted within the guidelines of professional standards and ethics
