• Coordinate and execute clinical trials alongside primary investigators, sponsors and research teams to advance project protocols efficiently.
• Manage participant end-to-end experience, including recruitment, selection, scheduling and ongoing monitoring, while handling adverse events promptly to ensure patient safety.
• Maintain rigorous IRB compliance by preparing protocols, maintaining regulatory records and leading audit readiness to safeguard research integrity.
• Drive project timelines and reporting by tracking milestone progress and communicating key updates to keep clinical teams aligned and informed.
• Develop departmental communications and educational materials that raise visibility for research initiatives and engage prospective study participants.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Certification specializing in Research Professional preferred.
• Research Professional preferred.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
