Clinical - Sales & Application, Specialist

• Coverage on Sales territory- Visitation, customer service, follow up, sales order processing coordination to in house team.
  
• Coverage on all healthcare institutions in Indonesia focusing on Transfusion & Clinical Diagnostics.
  
• Able to execute sales strategies by Sales Manager and Sales Director.
  
• Able to resolve any customer complaint, customer enquiries, basics application of devices or kits.
  
• Able to perform basic product/sales presentation in local language and English.
  
• Must have fluent spoken and basic written English.
  
• Able to report updates to Sales Manager proactively.
  
• Accountable to sales numbers, sales activities and sales leads opportunities management.
  

Requirements

• Science Background Biomed/Microbiology/Bioscience/Medical Lab Technologies.
  
• Working experience in medical diagnostic sales is an added advantage.
  
• Working experience in Medical Lab Technologies will be an added advantage.
  
• Fluent in English.
  
• Basic literacy in Microsoft 365 eg. Powerpoint, Excel, Words.
  
• Must be able to station in Surabaya/Acheh/Pekanbaru or Medan/ Kalimantan.
