The Position
The clinical support specialist will provide administrative support to clinical care coordinator team including monitoring and running reports, creating visit notifications, sending emails on behalf of Clinical Specialists using established Outlook templates, basic patient chart maintenance in Salesforce & NextGen, and other duties as assigned.
Essential Duties
- Monitor & run reports out of EMR systems
- Send emails to facilities on behalf of peer group utilizing established Outlook templates & verbiage
- Update basic information in patient charts as needed in Salesforce & NextGen
- Maintain relevant patient documents in Salesforce
- Other duties as needed
