Clinical Training Coordinator
Job overview:
We are seeking qualified and motivated healthcare professionals to join as clinical training coordinators/facilitators for our advanced technology driven training programs. The role involves managing and facilitating hands-on training sessions for healthcare professionals, ensuring smooth program delivery, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Eligible candidates:
- Nursing educators

Key responsibilities:
- Conduct participant induction and orientation for the programs
- Brief candidates on course objectives, structure, and expected outcomes
- Demonstrate and guide participants in using hardware and software
- Facilitate hands-on training sessions for nursing professionals
- Administer pre- and post-training assessments
- Monitor participant progress and provide basic guidance during sessions
- Handle administrative tasks including:
o Attendance tracking
o Report compilation
o Documentation and record maintenance - Coordinate with candidates for scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups
- Liaise with regulatory authorities
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards
Requirements
Required skills & qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant healthcare field (Nursing / Dentistry / BAMS / BHMS)
- Prior experience in training, teaching, or clinical coordination preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to handle digital platforms
- Willingness to learn and operate technology driven training systems
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
