CRH Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Training Manager position to be responsible for providing oversight, support, and training on procedures and equipment for Urgent Care services. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of urgent care procedures and processes including but not limited to an understanding of all clinical expectations in the centers and the ability to train the clinical team members. This role will lead the coordination, delivery, and management of our training programs. What You Will Do:
- Be the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for all clinical process within assigned region.
- Oversite of new hire training and ongoing training for current employees.
- Provide communication and follow-up to ensure staff are fully informed on all new information related to products and procedures.
- Ensure resources are available for all clinics, and all proper procedures are being performed daily.
- Assesses clinical equipment is properly maintained and used.
- Responsible for conducting new hire and online training as needed.
- Conducts Simulation Days within assigned region for all new hire employees.
- Performs center audits for compliance within assigned region and when visiting others centers with the training team.
- Performs chart audits on centers and employees as instructed by the Director of Training.
- Partners with Operations, Training, Occupational Health, Radiology, and Human Resources leadership to develop, implement, and maintain effective training programs that support quality patient care and operational excellence.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Proof of high school diploma.
- Proof of completion of accredited clinical program with valid certification or license.
- 2 years minimum experience as a Paramedic, LPN, RT, or RN.
- 1-2 years of training experience in a healthcare environment
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with electronic medical records, Outlook, and Teams.
- Detail oriented with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to accurately read and write medical terminology.
- Proof of BLS/CPR certification.
- Reliable transportation to commute to assigned regional offices.
- Must be willing to learn.
- Ability to travel to the Corporate office up to quarterly and thought out the assigned region on a weekly basis.
- Ability to work all shifts including day, night, and weekend hours as needed.

Salary Range: Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Clinical Training Manager: $60,000 - $75,000
