Job Scope:
- Manage projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate project timelines, documentation, and client communications
- Monitor inventory, project progress, and financial milestones
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Support audits, SOP updates, KPI reporting, and process improvements
- Mentor junior project team members when required
Requirements:
- Experience in project management or project coordination
- Strong planning, documentation, and organisational skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, clinical supply, or healthcare environment is an advantage
